What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is something that is very common that many people are faced
with on a daily basis, some may experience it more often than others. Anxiety is defined as 
an unpleasant emotional state characterized by an often vague apprehension, uneasiness, or dread. 

Another definition of anxiety is a multisystem response to a perceived threat or danger. It reflects a combination of biochemical changes in the body, the patient’s personal history and memory, and the social situation.

Many might confuse someone having anxiety with someone who has an anxiety disorder, an anxiety disorder would be something more severe and for most may require medication to help relieve symptoms.
