Having something to eat and drink is a requirement of human body. There is no life without good food and water. Healthy diet is a diet that includes all the essential nutrients required for the body. In which the nutrients include vitamins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, proteins etc. Eating in a proper manner is a healthy way of maintaining weight. Being healthy means defining the three dimensions of health that is physical, mental and social  (Menza, 2013).

Everyone knows that improper eating can cause overweight and it results in higher risk of diseases. The diseases may be internal or external, in many cases skin is targeted at high percentage. People should be aware of healthy diet plan and know the effective measures to follow it. Healthy diet also means eating the natural food and eliminating the food that has been processed.
