What is Fitness for Health

Fitness can be summed up as a state of body and a way of living. It is a path in which an individual takes responsibility to live an active life by simply including regular physical activity and making healthy food choices.

According to the American Heritage Stedman’s Medical Dictionary “Fitness” is a state of one’s well-being both physically and mentally by including regular exercising and proper nutrition.

Fitness is an active lifestyle that people lead in order to reach the goal of being healthy.
